This hotel has all I need for a business trip. The services, comfort and location are very good. Few minutes from the City Banamex Center, and just inside the Toreo Shopping Center with all the options of food and shopping. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant has a very good cuisine with a very good service. I will continue coming here on my trips to CDMX.

I specifically chose this hotel to enjoy calm and quiet after a long flight and it was perfect. the room was with a bath and it was excellent. The location is far away from the city’s hustle and bustle and it takes about 30 minutes to get into anything you’d like to visit. I did not mind this at all- but if you wish to be near restaurants and such .. his hotel is far out. Although there is a very good Asian and another Mexican restaurant below. The hotel’s restaurant also has wonderful food. my daughter became quite ill- and their help for us was above what was expected - calling a doctor who came in the middle of the night.. which I appreciate. THE STAFF … were all hands down - amazing, open and warm hearted .. really they made the place. Thanks everyone for the amazing love and care .
