We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel. Great ambiance, great location and an amazing host . It has a very clean and inviting pool ,a large shared kitchen and charming sitting arias which are beautifully designed. Fernando and Alejandra made us feel like home. Fernando made us really good coffee every morning and had great recommendations about where to visit. We highly recommend staying here

its away from busy tulum beach / hotel area but only 10 mins drive. we stayed at una vida, but full access to all Bardos facilities and experiences such as yoga and the temazcal, which was out of this world experience. our shaman emilio was amazing and we are greatful for the experience we had. before even arriving to the hotel, we were contacted easily via WhatsApp to make our stay the best, incl ATV booking, transfer from airport etc. we were met by the best staff we could imagine, Jonathan, Julian and Priscila 🙏🏼❤️ Thanks to them for making our stay unforgettable. also at the breakfast we had the pleasure of being served by Alan and Leonardo who was fun and had our back every morning and drinks at the pool 🙏🏼 we are both well travelled and this is absolutely one pearl not to miss out on for couples.

Great hotel with amazing staff. The room was spacious & always clean. Both pools are great for chilling, while the restaurants were simply special. Shout out to the AMAZING restaurant manager in the morning (Rolando I think) & Martin who were both simply the best.

Everything! The staff was really friendly and accomodating. They go the extra mile for their guests. The pool and the food were great and the room was always very clean. They even decorated the room with some balloons on my birthday (on request from my boyfriend).

That place is stunning, even the cenote was closed because of the last hurricane we really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Its a magical place like a little jungle and the staff was more than great! First and foremost - excellent service throughout the experience. Not only delivering what is required but also extremely warm, friendly and attentive group of people. They reach out before arrival to offer airport pick up and ensure amooth check in. Available on whatsapp at any time for any questions or additional requests. Nice and simple à la carte breakfast on a terrace. Good housekeeping that you never even seen but your room is magically clean all the time. Good food and drinks on the beach that keep coming with waiters being very proactive. Location is perfect for both partying and exploring the area. Pharmacy, supermarket, clothes, taxi, beach clubs, night clubs, restaurants - everything is walking distance. Beautiful private beach with comfortable sunbeds and nice palm trees. We had a nice and spacious room with direct sea view and amazing massive terrace with hammock and rocking chairs. Rain shower with good pressure and properly hot water. Great shampoo and shower gel. Strong A/C. Wi-Fi router in every area and individual room. Some complimentary drinks in mini bar Offered a complimentary champagne bottle for new years!
