Spacious and comfortable stay for 5 people with 3 rooms and 3 bathroom. Got water filter, and if you need hot water, there was a kettle provided. Every room has its own air-cond. Nice view as well from 30th floor. Clean, organized and almost perfect facilities provided. Especially the wi-fi, because both of my phones coverage are sucks.

The rooms were very nicely done, access to the pools was great and it had a fabulous pool for the little kids to play in. The location is very convenient and has direct access to the Sunway Mall which has lots of shopping and food options.

Best service I have received in Asia so far from Ali. He was always available if we had any questions or needed help. It shows that the right person at the right position can make a big difference. We liked his service so much, that we will come back in 10 days for a second stay.
The room was very clean and very well maintained. Also worth mentioning is the gym. Very well equipped with good machines, free weight area. One of the best hotel gyms I have seen so far in Asia. Well maintained and it was a pleasure to workout there!
Keep the good service up and KEEP Ali he was a great host and makes the important difference!
