Upon arrival we were met with the doormen who took our luggage straight to the room. Check-in was smooth even though they didn't see payment from bookings .com. We were given our room despite the payment issue.
Room was well laid out clean and beyond our expectation. All staff were very friendly and always ensuring all was okay.

Room was clean, bright, light, airy. Very comfortable bed with beautiful linens. Great shower with excellent water pressure. Nice towels and bathrobes. Tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch.
