The staff and facilities were absolutely lovely. Everything was clean and small thoughtful gestures like stocking complimentary drinks/snacks, leaving a handwritten welcome note in our room and leaving clean towels at the door when we didn't get our room serviced one day were all just little touches that made our stay so pleasant.

What can we say about this amazing boutique hotel. The building is beautiful the interior outstanding, Quirky, stylistic, colorful, full of art pieces, beautiful chandeliers quite simply unique I am sure. From the moment we entered the hotel we were amazed about the care of our fabulous host Camilla. Greeted with a warm smile and open arms. The breakfast experience is unforgettable and beautifully served. The suite was Cosy, spacious, cute and comfortable. Full of love and romance We can not recommend the hotel any higher and would have had a totally different experience in Amsterdam had we stayed somewhere else. We liked EVERYTHING about Leonardo hotel - the staff was incredible, the location was spot on (so close to the metro station that took us directly to the city center), the amenities, the room and everything else made our stay very enjoyable. We are really looking at booking again when visiting Amsterdam and, moreover, we are looking for other Leonardo hotels (part of the same hotel chain) for our stays in different cities around Europe.

This is the best hostel I have stayed in so far in any country. Spotlessly clean. Next to Amstel station yet far enough with silence. Not exactly in the city centre but very close to it. The nearest place to buy groceries is 5 min. away at the Amstel station. Nice receptionists. My room didn't have a vacant locker and soon the staff allotted me another room.
