The location is excellent, situated right next to the central station and very close to the city center, making everything within walking distance. The staff was extremely kind, and the breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed the local vlaai after arriving in our room, and the complimentary wine was a lovely way to conclude our day. The room itself was very pleasant. I will definitely chose the same hotel for our next visit.

I felt very welcome from the minute I came in to the hotel. The staff was extra much taking care and everybody was always smiling and also asking if there were anything that could do for us. I travelled woth my mother and we were both so happy with the hotel and hotel staff. Also big bonus to have the best hair dresser inside the hotel. He was also 100% and gave us lot of warm welcome. It's, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been at. The decoration is super rich with details, but surprisingly well balanced, creating an almost magical atmosphere. Huge congratulations to the design/decoration team. The breakfast was magnificent, we've dinned twice at the Bistro and were very pleased with both the food and the service (and the quite interesting wine list). The room was quite big, with a very confortable bed. We are doomed to return to your company soon :)
