Loved the complimentary shuttle from & to the airport. Great main desk service. Clean, large room with a very comfortable bed. Great AC & loved the jacuzzi tub. Even have room service from the kitchen. Reasonable priced vending machines. A library to borrow/ exchange books. Great lounge. Good sitting areas around the hotel to just chill away from your room. Bonus out door pool. Great restaurant & laundry facilities. Great experience. Will stay there again.

Great location near the airport, located in an industrial/residential zone. Hotel overall and rooms were very clean and well appointed. Best overall shower in all our years of travel. Comfortable bed. Shuttle was timely. We stayed overnight for a rest between a long flight from the US and a shorter flight to Queenstown.
