The hotel is in a great location and easy walk to cafes, restaurants, sights and shopping including ferries. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the hotel organising a taxi service to take us to the airport in the early hours of the morning. Thank you to all the staff for your work in making our stay an enjoyable experience.

HIlton Auckland offers stylish rooms and suites in an idyllic location at the end of Princes Wharf. The room had a balcony affording great views day and night. The TV was good and the bath and bathroom were excellent. I was able to get UBER eats delivered to reception within minutes! The staff were all helpful and polite. The lounge area was nice for a coffee.

Located at the Viaduct Basin Entertainment Area, surrounded by restaurants and bars, this hotel boasts beautiful views of Viaduct Harbour Basin. We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbor. The location right on the water in Viaduct Harbor was perfect. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the room and spa. The breakfast buffet food selection was extensive and everything was wonderful. Finally, all staff were very helpful and friendly.
