We had a fantastic experience at Heartland Hotel Hamilton! The room was great, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as dish soap and a sponge, and the comfort of having an iron, cups, and spoons for each of us. When I reported an issue with my daughter having an accident despite wearing a diaper, the staff responded quickly and handled it perfectly. The hot jacuzzi next to the freezing pool was a fantastic bonus. I had seen ads for wooden barrel jacuzzis, but this one was included with the room, making it even better. It was incredibly relaxing after a long day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Huge comfortable room with fridge, cooking facilities & small lounge. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Motel is across the road from Woolworths which was so handy after a long day of travel. Pub nearby also, we didn't visit but it looked good. Great free parking.

The staff were amazing, I was waiting be paid to pay a deposit for room, paid the room rate, had travelled from Auckland and was exhausted, the lady was wonderful about it. The gentleman next morning let us stay on a extra few hours at no cost, will definitely go back, thank you guys you were all great
