What a gem! I was looking for accommodation in Rotorua and this option stood out. This is one of my best stays in New Zealand so far, I was truly impressed with the quality of facilities. Everything is brand new, the room is nicely equipped with a kitchenette. Even though it doesn't have a stove, I discovered an air fryer in a cupboard! The beds are huge, the room is very spacious, Woolworths is just a 2min drive. Huge respect to the owners who did a fantastic job.

Our unit we stayed in , It had everything we needed. It was the only accommodation we could find in Rotorua that had our dates available for 10 days in December . Everywhere else was booked out. Great place to stay, My kids enjoyed staying here also.

The room was big, the pool being next door to the room was great and the continental breakfast was delicious. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Also the products available such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner was great too.

Morgen our host was very welcoming. He lives on the property with his family. Everything was well taken care of so we really did not need to call Morgen for much but when we had a question or request he was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with We booked two different kinds of rooms. One was more spacious with a stove top/kitchen area the other just had a kitchenette but both had hot tubs and we really enjoyed them after a day full of adventure activities Location was quite convenient

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms large and very comfortable, simple but efficient cooking facilities, had own private balcony at back of unit. Short walk to supermarkets and into town. Great value for money.
