Everything! From the very friendly welcome by the receptionist and the early check-in to the new furniture and kitchen in the apartment. It even had a little dishwasher and a new washing Maschine/Dreyer. The location is perfect to explore the city. Very close by is a good supermarket. The apartment was spotless clean!!

Location is perfect for seeing all the sights in Wellington..by foot you are close to shops bars restaurants and of course the beautiful harbour..we parked up the car for a few days... the apartment itself is just stunning.. so big clean with views of the city..definitely recommend..owner was so easy to communicate with and allowed us entry a few hours early..appreciated as we had travelled from Ireland.. thank you

I love how you can take the elevator and land smack in the middle of Lambton Quay. Absolutely perfect for us. Hotel is lovely, we didn’t use the breakfast as we like to go out for breakfast but the opportunity is there. Definitely will be coming back next year

Initially I booked an internal room, but found out later that these don't have a window, since the hotel wasn't full I got a good deal on upgrading to a city view room luckily, I was very happy with that, since I had to do some remote working from my hotel room. The city room view felt very luxurious and the view was great. The location was perfect as well, in the city center around a lot of good food places.
