They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was easy to communicate via WhatsApp but the concierge was also available during the day for requests such as laundry. The room was very spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. It's also located in a safe neighborhood with a few malls around the corner for quick food options; going to the touristic places will require to take a taxi as there's little to no public transport around but it's a short drive from everything.

I hope Bristol Management knows what an amazing team and staff they have, we will definitely come back because everyone made us feel special and like family there. Go book this hotel to stay in Panama, we were very happy to stay at Bristol rather than somewhere in Casco Viejo. 10/10

When you arrive at the Sofitel Legend you have the feeling to enter a different century. The elegant colonial style of the hotel , the styling of the staff, the atmosphere on the wonderful terrace. The rooms are just simply amazing, as I work from there I could enjoy the spacious desk and also have my meetings there. The view, the sunrise, I am an early bird, amazing. As the place just opened, you will always see the GM David, walking around, checking if all is fine. The breakfast is very special, if you order a special breakfast you should really be hungry. But really worth it. Well done!
