We truly enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La hotel in Boracay. Everything about the staff , the facilities, the service was great and enjoyable. The place is huge and everything can be done without ever going out on the island. the hotel also provides van transfer service, which allows to go visit the island and the town center very easily. Inside the resort, we felt very secured and everything was done for us to feel the most comfortable as possible the food was delicious, the breakfast is very rich and diverse to please every taste. The swimming pools are superb, with sea view to relax in the best environment.

The service provided by the staff is top notch. It is a very well run venue with very well trained staff. The prices are very very reasonable and the items you purchase at the venue are at market prices, there are no "premiums" attached to the snacks and the transport that you book/purchase through the venue. And if you ask they are very happy to help you plan and save on the itinerary of your desired activities!

The accommodation is lovely and located in a gated community which is very safe and luxurious with security and a reception desk. View from the balcony is full of greenery and sea views which is also beautiful and apartment was very clean.

It has been my second time to this hotel. The last time I visited, I liked everything but the food. This time, the food was awesome as well. Any restaurant you choose, it'll be delicious there! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you see any negative feedback, probably it has been left by some mean people. The facilities are great, the beach the pool. I will definitely come back next year!

All the staffs are very helpful, cheeful, and caring. My boyfriend and I have loved staying in Savoy Hotel so much and it was by far the best Hotel in Boracay that I’vr ever stayed in. The room’s clean on a daily basis, toiletries are being changed every day, got a great promo with our laundries, breakfast choices never repeated each day, and shuttle service from/to Hotel and D’mall vice versa is really good. I guess the only thing we didn’t like was that thr airconditioner in our room isn’t that cold. Other than that, it was all great

Excellent and quiet place. Good information to take the Hop on hop off shuttle going all around the island, especially from Boracay jettyport to the Oceanway place. Very helpful.
