Location was great - few minutes from the nearest mall. The room and bathroom were clean.

Very clean and staff were all super friendly. Strong water pressure and strong AC. Water dispenser at each floor. Also the nice guards made me feel very safe. Central location - 5 min walk to malls, at the back are lots of eating options (starbucks, pancake house, jollibee, pugon) and a laundry shop. Several 7-11s around where you can get a SIM and top-up your Grab app. During peak hour traffic, the back entrance is better for pickup/dropoff. Already booked again for my next holiday. 😃

Centrally located in Ortigas Commerical District, 1.8 km from Shangri-La Plaza and 1.3 km from SM Megamall, Holiday Inn Manila Galleria features direct access to Robinsons Galleria Mall.

We liked the daily housekeeping, the comfortable beds and the good supply of bottled water and tea. The gym was also quite impressive and well equipped. Lastly it was a great convenient location right next to the shopping mall.

Spacious, good value for money, and I got a welcome chocolate cake and a welcome banner :) more importantly, the staff was really helpful and accommodating. I had some rush admin to do and they printed my documents quickly.
