I along with my colleagues were on a business trip for participation in an expo at Lahore Expo Center. I did my research and selected the best hotel near Expo Center based on the reviews. However, I along with my whole team were blown away by the exceptionally good service, hospitality, and great value for money. Hotel NOVA surpassed my expectations which is a rare experience in Pakistan. Some of the highlights I would like to mention are:
1. The staff was courteous and cooperative
2. Rooms were clean and comfortable
3. The complimentary buffet breakfast was amazingly good
4. Environment-friendly facility as they have a huge solar energy system installed on rooftop
5. The owner Mr. Athar personally manages the hotel and resolve any issues promptly.
6. The prices were reasonable for the services we got. However, the laundry service seemed a bit overpriced.
7. Hotel has its own shuttle service with nominal charges.
7.Overall staying at Hotel Grand Lahore was the best decision and I would recommend it to anyone planning to stay at Lahore.

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area. There are shops and different cuisines and price level restaurants nearby. You can also order room service from the hotel. Breakfast is also served, it’s simple and the same, but always fresh and delicious. The staff is always ready to help, customer-oriented and quite organized. They respond promptly to all the requests. Special thanks to all the staff of the hotel🙏🏻. I had a beautiful view from the window, on a well-groomed territory of green spaces. The room is clean enough, there are toiletries. Overall, a great place for the price. I am glad that I stayed here and extended my stay.
