I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway. The location was great, heart of Alfama, there were several choices of transportation, by walk, by bus, and by metro. Although there was no washing machine which was included in the description, apartment offered free laundry service. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, you can find a nice chorizo with a very friendly service at the local meat store diagonally opposite from the apartment. We could discover full of charm of Alfama by simply walking around the apartment.

Staying at the old city has its own magic; narrow streets and cosy atmosphere. Aleksander is a generous host . The apartment, though small, has all facilities with necessary supplies like detergents and clean towels. He provides a fan but could be humid on hot days. I believe he has done his best to make our stay comfortable. Also make sure to write Fado museum for the nearest vehicle accessible location.
