I loved the helpful staff, the location and the exquisite property. Ao Chiado is very close to the streetcar line, and you can catch the very famous and scenic streetcar # 28 for an inexpensive tour over the ols streets to see the sights of the historic section of town.

Everything was top notch! We absolutely fell in love with the interior, breakfast place, breakfast food, amazing room, iconic bathroom, everything smells so good, friendliest staff and loveliest terrace. Welcome wine in the special room with cheese plate and fado music at arrival was everything we ever needed. Didn't want to leave the hotel neither in the days we stayed nor after we checked out.
