This place was a great choice for our vacation and visit to Lisbon! Wonderful, peaceful, clean with friendly and helpful staff! You can be sure that they think of every little thing that you might need: from instructions on how to get to accommodation, a city map, recommendations for what to visit, where to eat,...we also used the kitchen, although in the room you have everything you need to prepare tea or coffee, and in standby is drink, juice, water, snacks that you can find in the refrigerator in the room and that are paid symbolically. I recommend this place to everyone!

The best hostel that you can choose for a trip to Lissabon! I’ve stayed there only for one night because the day afterwards I was heading to another city but still the stuff was explaining me everything (what to visit…). They were amazing! I’ve also attended one of the many events that they organized (tapas night with fado music) which was so much fan! And the prices are really cheap for what they offer!

And of course, an outstanding experience away from home is never just about the comfortable beds, the continental breakfast or the authentic entourage - it is also all about the PEOPLE that make your stay memorable.
At Palacio we had soooooo many people who went out of their way to make our visit outstanding. From the dear people in the kitchen and the dining rooms every morning, preparing and serving our lush breakfast, to the impeccably dressed doormen and reception-ladies, who were ready 24 hours a day to attend to our every need! Come rain or come shine.
Thank you Allan, Victoria, Ricardo, Lucio, Joao, Daniel and one name that we could not remember exactly: Diogo/Diego... there were more than 15 great people. All so warmhearted, welcoming, polite and funny.
You made our trip to Lisboa one to never forget!

Super location in centre but on the calm and silent street. Reception is 24h and staff is professional and super nice. I extended my staying there - hostel is great, warm (in February) but with fresh air, no mold!, spatial, with nice decoration. I stayed in dorm - big, with confortable beds, big windows, enough space between bunk beds, personal lamps, warm blanket. Kitchen is very good equipped. Few kinds tea free for guests, also spices, vinegar and olive oil. Breakfast is including and delicious. All hostel is super clean, even in the morning bathrooms are tidy up
