Everything from the check in till check out was perfect. Once I arrived I was greeted by Shevali and then directed to Aruzhan who send personalized welcome letter to my room, which was very nice to receive. Then Mr. Jaskirat called me to ensure that I like the room and if AC was working properly (last time when I stayed in this property AC had some issues & they still remembered that!). Trough out the stay I was greeted everywhere with smiles & even thou I stayed alone, I felt very comfortable there. Again thank you Aruzhan, Jaskirat, Shefali & others who made my stay amazing.

Hotel personnel is super attentive and friendly, and they made our stay very comfortable. Room was very clean, and very nice. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing, and worth a try.

All the staff were immensely helpful and polite. I especially enjoyed the seafood night on Thursday evening. My room was comfortable and very well equipped. The swimming pool was lovely.
