I love this property: stunning, of good taste, never flashy always classy. Staff is extremely kind and caring, service is exceptional. It’s my home away from home when in Doha. Special mention this time to Deeksith at the breakfast who heard me cough and came spontaneously with ginger tea and honey and to Élyas at the pool who is caring and provides excellent customer service. He noticed my habits and made sure I find my gazebo and towels everyday. Overall, the level of attention and care at St Regis is above average. I’ve never experienced it anywhere else in the world, while I travel a lot to 5-star hotels. Thanks to the whole team.

The apartment was almost everything that what we wished it to be or better. The rooms were big and clean, with an amazing view. The ladies in the reception gave us an even better apartment with a better view than the one that was originally reserved. The service was really quick when we asked for help. The friendliness of all the staff. Everyone went all out to try and make the stay & experience out of this world. But that is how Doha is, everyone who work in the hotel industry are trained to be service focus. We were upgraded upon arrival by this friendly south african personnel. Cant remember his name but he is the sort of person that you want to employ to be the face of W. Having said that, everyone else is wonderful and so helpful.

It was amazing, I think it was my best hotel experience ever. The hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast had a great selection of arabic and international things, we had even dinner in the hotel buffet- excellent experience. Room is super comfy, people working in the hotel very helpful and nice. Beach? Beatiful, calm with very comfy beds and full service. I honestly dont see any negative thing about this hotel. I will definitely be back soon!:)

I really appreciate that the management of this hotel cares so much about the satisfaction of its guests. If there is a problem, they solve it immediately. Additionally, the hotel has a very nice beach with sunbeds available for everyone, beach towels, free unlimited bottled water, a very good swimming pool, and delicious food. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. I like this hotel very much! I would gladly recommend this hotel and I will also come back there next time.

My room was pretty and spacious. I loved that there was an in room speaker and as a music lover it was home away from home for me. I had tea at the seasons lounge. Visited Laya cafe. I mean it’s the Four seasons! It couldn’t have been better.
