If I could give 20 of 10 of course I would, the staff we just talked by messages but they were so kind and respond early and so respectfully, the location was great, the apartment was so so clean we just felt like our home, all the facilities was amazing we didn't expect to have an apartment like this.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is very nicely decorated, very clean and really cozy! We stayed for three days and it was very comfortable, it felt as if we were home. The host was really nice to leave so many products, from bathroom necessities to makeup remover, it was really handy to get ready in the morning :). We had no trouble sleeping at night, the bed is comfortable and it was quiet. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to metro and bus station and it has a market nearby ( Market Clic ) if you need other stuff. As we were two women, we were pleased with how safe the location is, placed in a new building with modern safety measures ( gate lock/ building lock ). Although we didn't bring children, it was heartwarming to see so many kid friendly objects, even a basket full of toys! Overall it was a great experience and we will recommend Elegance to anyone who wants a really nice stay in Bucharest! :)

I would have loved to have indications where to find wifi password. Also, the cleanliness was not the one expected however after discussing with the host this problem was fixed. I appreciate his fast involvement.

Great and very friendly hosts, the best on Booking.com :-) Helped with parking and finding restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was very nice, quiet in the nights so got a good night rest.
