The staff was good and helpful, Abubakar from 4th floor and responsible for the refreshing of room 450 was hugely so professionally, responsible and exceptionally welcoming. He made our trip so fantastic and good to remember. Thank you Mr Abubakar. Ghe room was clean and the staff were ways asking if you need further help or room cleaning.

We have spent 11 days here and it truly felt like home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The location is also perfect—very close to hotels free government buses to the Haram made access extremely easy. It's a convenient spot for getting around Makkah. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the holy city.

It was very good looking and modern. U got a Shuttle for Haram. Everything was really good. The personal was very friendly and helped with problems. I would always choose them again. They even called me 2 days after checkout, that i forgot 60 Riyal in my room. SubhanAllah, thank u very much.
