We had booked a twin bed but when reached and on request they upgraded and gave us a king bed panoramic view room it was a amazing corner room .

Everything ... The services , great location and view just across the way from masjid Al nabawi and the closest hotel to Ladies Gate "25" ... Staff were very welcoming as well . Check in was managed by Ms Raghda who was very lovely and helpful , she upgraded our rooms to Haram view just as a kind gesture from the hotel ... Food in the breakfast buffet was excellent as well . They send dates and a big bowl of fruits every day just before iftar time in Ramadan ...

Everything was excellent and really had a great time.
First of all, the location is inside haram vicinity.
Restaurant: The breakfast was really awesome and the staff was very welcoming. Especially the restaurant Foyyazullah was the best, he himself serves you everything and will ask you 10 times if you require anything. His hospitality was like a 7 star hotel. I think Foyyazullah is an asset to this hotel.
Receptionist: Ahmed was the receptionist who allowed us to check out late and help us throughout the stay. Great english speaker for the foreigners.
Overall this hotel is one of the best hotel in Madinah.
