We spent with family 5 nice days in this accommodation. Really lovely accommodation in a quiet part of Gotheborg, spacious, well equipped, everything clean and nice-smelling. Excellent connections to the city centre. The owner of the house is very nice, attentive, hospitable, advised us with everything we needed. If you are looking for a luxury apartment in a quiet location with good access to the city centre don't hesitate. We enjoyed our stay here 100%. Thank you Jan and family

Amazing rooms, very good beds & pillows, great selection & quality of drinks in the hotel bar, very nice rooftop spa. Location is not central but still a very interesting neighbourhood and it's not far from center either (10min by bus or you can take a ferry which is a nice experience by itself). Overall a great stay.

I liked absolutely everything, the rooms are clean, the kitchen is clean, there is even coffee and tea for guests, there are towels in the room, even a hairdryer and clean bed linen. The rooms are very comfortable and it is not far to get to the center. The owner of the hotel is very nice, answered a late phone call, and once again explained how to get to the apartment.

First time on boathouse, great experiance, we loved, enough space, balcony tp enjoy view, evwrything you need was at the house.

This hotel is a converted old prison, it was roomy, interesting and clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The design and artistic elements are great. There’s parking close by.
