This hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise, since I didn’t expect much based on the pictures. Yes, the room is very small, but it’s so comfy! The mattress and the pillows are perfect, it’s so quiet in the hotel that you can spend the whole day in bed comfortably. You can open a window in the room, which is rare for Stockholm hotels. But the biggest plus of this hotel is breakfast, probably the best I ever had in a hotel. Everything is right temperature and very tasty, huge selection for a small hotel like this. Lots of gluten free and healthy options and amazing deserts, including candies and cakes. I didn’t see any children around while I was staying there, probably because the rooms are too small to stay with kids, which gives you an additional bonus of peace and quiet at breakfast and in the hotel in general. The stuff is very nice and helpful, I asked for a kettle and they immediately brought it to my room. Considering how awful most of the hotels are in Stockholm (from my experience), this was a hidden gem.

Very nice hotel, modern and tasty.. breakfast was good, not the regular hotel breakfast but feels more home making. Room was ok, bed super cosy same as pillows.

This hotel is housed in a charming 19th-century building, just 2 minutes’ walk from Rådmansgatan Metro Station. All rooms feature flat-screen TVs, heated bathroom floors and free WiFi.

The hotel is very nice and close to the strict city center. Its only 2 metro stops away, and the station is just around the corner. Takes you about 15 minutes on foot to reach the center. We stayed from December 1-3 and then again from December 5-9 and both rooms we had were pretty good. The first room was a bit smaller but we didn't mind it since we didn't really spend a lot of time in it. The breakfast was very nice and it had something for everyone. The food was fresh and tasty. You can get tea, coffee, juices and water. Coffee and tea are also available in the lobby during the day, which is cool knowing how cold Stockholm can be during the winter. The staff were extremely polite and professional, always ready to help. Sometimes the front desk is unattended, but they have a sister hotel just across the street so its really easy to reach the staff if you need them. One night the elevator refused to work and we went to the sister hotel just to inform the staff in case there's somebody who really needs it, and the guy reacted immediately and rushed back to Rex hotel with us! Really wasn't expecting that. They have maps of the city in the lobby which you can take and even some umbrellas if its raining that you can use! Overall its a very nice hotel and we'd definitely stay there again once we come back to Stockholm. Worth the money.

The breakfast is really good, a lot of options and always stacked up, and with nice Swedish and vegetarian options. Free sauna access for guests, just book your slot. The staff is helpful and always smiling. Location is good, you have a 10min walk to the Odenplan metro or the bus to the Arlanda airport.
