The hotel is brand new, rooms are super clean and comfortable beds. I love that they have filtered water dispenser in the room. You just need a bottle and can drink anytime you want. Check in and check out was a breeze even at super peak time. Location was amazing! Directly opposite the MRT station. You jusg have to cross a small road. There is a 7 Eleven on the ground floor so you can buy snacks if you want a quick fix. There is iron board available, you just have to request.

This was the first hotel I have ever been in that offered me a free room for 45 minutes at the end of the day, after I had checked out at noon, to freshen up and take a shower before a long flight. They didn't have to do that, but I am very grateful they did! FYI, there is no restaurant at the hotel, but there is a coffee shop and small restaurant on either side of the hotel.

Huge bed and spacious room. Although a bit dated, the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Location so central. Everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!

4 nights in Singapore with 2 kids. Booked family room and asked for an extra bed and Mr Syed went one step better and upgraded us to a quad room for free! Very clean, good amenities, more spacious a than expected and very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and big too! Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Location was a few minutes walk from plenty of local and Little India MRT which went direct to Harbourfront. Grab was easy to get too. Halal Breakfast was very good with egg station, cakes, toast, cereals, juices, fruits, Sausages, and every day changes between pancakes, French toast, hash browns, and some Indian items. It does get busy after 9.30am though so! The staff were very pleasant and friendly, especially the lady at the front desk and Mr Syed. We had some issues on the first night (electricity stopped working) which took some time to fix in the dark but it got resolved within 10 minutes. Mr Syed became more like a friend after some lovely chats and he hugged me goodbye! If we came to Singapore again, I'd definitely stay here again. Overall, very happy, 10/10!

Hotel staff was very helpful and allowed us to checkin much earlier than 3 pm. The room was vey clean and tidy. Though it is not huge, but it is enough since we stayed outside exploring the city most of the times anyway. The bed, linen, bathroom, and towels were clean. The shower at end of tiring day was much appreciated. It was quiet and with the huge window curtains, we could get good sleep each night.

Hotel Bencoolen Singapore is located a 3-minute walk from Bencoolen MRT Station and a 10-minute walk from Bras Basah and Dhoby Ghaut MRT Stations.
