The hotel is brand new, rooms are super clean and comfortable beds. I love that they have filtered water dispenser in the room. You just need a bottle and can drink anytime you want. Check in and check out was a breeze even at super peak time. Location was amazing! Directly opposite the MRT station. You jusg have to cross a small road. There is a 7 Eleven on the ground floor so you can buy snacks if you want a quick fix. There is iron board available, you just have to request.

Booked this hotel 5 years ago and liked it. Liked it again this time around! Location was superb, it's just beside Bencoolen MRT. Staff were also very helpful. The hotel also has a swimming pool!

The location was excellent, and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the breakfast being included as a kind gesture, even though it was not originally part of my booking. They also decorated my room for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise.

Every thing is perfect. Bathroom renovated except for the old bathroom door since our last stay. Wished they provided thicker bath towels and add in hand towels . Location is the best. Asked to extend to 1pm checkout. Would book again
