The dorm/bed was designed in a very practical way. It had everything you needed (mirror/table, inside locker, rod,..). The bathroom was very luxury for a hostel/CUBE stay. It was clean every time. Amazing terrace with bar. Close to nice restaurants. Lots of amenities: tooth brush, shower caps,... Would definitely recommend this stay in Singapore.

The Quay Hotel is located in a heritage building nestled within the Central Business District and Singapore River. Guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant.

I loved a very friendly attitude of the receptionists. I chose a room without a window, and it still was very comfortable. USB sockets at the bed, fridge, clean bathroom with a shower... The room has been so good in terms of price / location! I will definitely stay here again.

It was spotlessly clean! Easy to get to and close to 3 metros (Clarke Quay metro, Raffles metro and Chinatown metro)! The staff were extremely helpful and amicable. A special word of thanks to Faz….and to Dash ☘️! Dash showed me the way to Raffles Metro and even guided me onto the correct Train for the Chengi Airport. I arrived a few hours before check-in and the staff stored my bags allowing me to tour the city! The following day I checked out at 11am and the staff again stored my bags until my evening flight. They even allowed me to shower before my flight. This attention to guests is wonderful and I would recommend KINN Capsule to everyone staying overnight in Singapore! I will return thanks to this great service for guests. Thank you Faz and Dash….☘️

Perfect location and even do the apartment is small you have everything that you need even more (the laundry machine with dryer in-one). Very clean and cozy. The staff is awesome all the time available on WhatsApp and very helpful even on our check-in they helped us with luggage. If I come back to Singapore this will be my definetly mine choice again. Thank you very much.

We got a lovely room on the 6th floor, very cozy despite of the japanese size of it, the location is unbeatable, in the middle of all the action, really loved it!

The location is ideal because it is an easy walk to many tourist attractions such as the Quays and Chinatown. The Location is also ideal for those looking for a good time as it is located right in the centre of street bars and restaurants. Despite the proximity to the nightlife, very little noise penetrated into the rooms thanks to the thick windows which helped with noise cancellation. The check in process was easy despite the fact that we checked in after the allocated check-in time; we received a pin to allow entry which adds a layer of safety and security. All access requires a key card which is another added safety feature. There are strict rules about noise and cleanliness which ensures respect amongst all the guests.
