Fabulous hotel with a free shuttle boat at the river. International buffet was amazing. the hotel was very clean and in excellent condition and the staff were very so polite. We loved the balcony that had views along the river and city too.

The hotel is more like a serviced apartment with a kitchenette, a plus point for us. Having the river view is so relaxing especially during sunset. The room, toilet and the balcony are super clean. The location is in front of Asiatique, good for family and kids. We just walked across to have lunch (there is halal food) and by night time we took the ferris wheels , what a magnificent view from its top. The hotel is quiet and a little secluded from the main road. There are few halal food stalls near the Turkish mosque (masjid Bang Utit) . We love our stay and may repeat next year to stay at this hotel,

Host was amazing and made the place very homely by interacting with the guests, along with the resident cat Suphachok!!! The decor was very cozy with many areas to hang and chat with other travellers. Very interesting to learn that the decor and layout was all designed by the host himself, and demonstrates the hostel host's passion. The location of the hostel is an absolute gem, being near to the pier so you can take a boat quickly to go to places like iconsiam/Wat Arun, or take a local bus mini1 (quite frequent) to Chinatown or the palace area quickly to see the main attractions. Asiatique is also within walking distance. Importantly, behind the hostel on street 85 there is a very local market selling affordable and delicious street food. Overall, a great location for people looking for long or short stays due to its great price and location. Also learned that there are rooms for bigger groups which make it a great choice for group travellers too.

The area where the hotel is located is more in a place where locals live. So if you want to experience real Thai culture it’s the place too be. It’s not directly at the main street because of that it’s pretty quiet. The hotel personal is extremely kind and always willing to help.
