The breakfast buffet was exceptional, especially the live cooking stations for eggs, Nutella, and pancakes automaker. The orange juice was also delicious. The room was very comfortable, and the view from the 28th floor was breathtaking. The pool was a good size, and the water was a comfortable temperature. The depth of the pool was consistent throughout, at around 1.2 meters.
The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and gave great advice. They were always happy to answer my questions and help me plan my day. I especially appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, the facilities, and the location were all top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

The view on the city was spectacular from our room. The room itself was very nice and the staff made you feel warm and welcome.

Great location - BTS station close by, great restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel,

Room was nice and clean - yes room is not the biggest but definitely not claustrophobic as some are describing it in the reviews,
Tasty breakfasts - moderate variety, always fresh fruits and pastry, great miso soup,
Nice bar - a bit on the pricey side but with happy hour 1+1 free drink it's a good deal,
Gym - adequate - 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, free weights(dumbbells) up to 20kg
Surprisingly great soap and shampoo. I never thought I will mention soap and shampoo in the review but here it is :)
