Bed was very comfortable, location is a bit far away from the attractions but had a complex of shops and restaurants attached to it which is very handy. Rooftop pool is a good place to hang out after a long day, and the staff were excellent, especially Woaddy on Concierge.

Good value for money. We had a very comfortable stay. There's a fridge, washing machin, huge wardrobe, microwave in the room. Very convenient. The room was big enough for us. There was housekeeping and free 2 bottles of water daily. Bathroom was modern and spacious. The staffs are nice, polite and helpful.

Great boutique hotel. The staff was lovely and always super helpful. The breakfast consists of buffet and a la carte, with a great selection. For dinner the restaurant has excellent food as well, for both thai and western dishes. The location is decent, five minutes walk to the BTS Phloen Chit (they also have a shuttle).

This is the most comfortable stay I've ever had in Bangkok. The location is, no doubt, the best spot. The breakfast buffet with Japanese food in line was a great start to my day. The bed sheets were crisp and clean. Comfy bed. The amenities and the cleanliness in the bathroom are thumbs up.
The staff were also attentive and helpful when checking in and out. We had to leave the luggage for 2 nights and back again. And the day we came back, the staff had already put our luggage in the new room. Very thoughtful service.
I've never said this to any hotel, but Hotel Nikko is the one we're gonna come back to for sure.
