Clean, nice, cozy space, very well taken care of by Jackie. The rooms are very basic, but really clean, spacious, has everything necessary for a comfy stay. The atmosphere in the property is very relaxed and Jackie was super helpful and very warm with us (and everybody else). The breakfast was delicious, with several option, all of them very great. Fantastic coffee and great service over all. If we come back, we definirely will stay again!

The place is excellent value for money, very clean and well maintained. Owner is super kind and helpful, seems like a family run business, very friendly place:) although it’s technically outside the city walls, it is very close to everything either on foot or via tuktuk (always available nearby, and app also works well). It is an easy 25 min walk to the opposite side of the city (south gate), leading through various sights and stores, but food night market around the accommodation (like 3 min walk) is also really good. 10/10 especially for owner, cleanliness, value for money and location.

i loved the ambience and the location of the Hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful and went out if their way to accomodate us. The receptionist at the front desk, Ms Wareema (11th December 2023 morning) was so so helpful and guided us through our whole duration of our stay. She was exceptional! We cannot wait to come back again!

A beautiful old-world feeling hotel. Rooms have high ceilings and are tastefully decorated. The lobby is beautifully decorated with small koi ponds, plants, moss and flowers. On a previous trip to Chiang Mail, we wandered into the entrance courtyard area where a few people were dining. It was so delightful to observe, I asked a server if a table was available, but he told me dining was only available to hotel guests. On our stay there this trip, I observed another pair of travelers do the same thing!
