Everything was amazing! The room was just as shown in the photos. A very nicely designed, small hotel with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have a lovely swimming pool for relaxing. The bathroom products were fantastic, especially the body lotion. The breakfast was very good, and throughout the day, they offer free snacks and quality tea. On our last day, they gave us a little package of snacks after checkout. They also offer free bicycles, which we used on our first day. Absolutely amazing!

My partner and I had a wonderful vacation here. It was our birthdays and there were many suppried gifts from Cross team. Welcome kits with our name written on chocolate bars. The room was decorated with the birthday and the PRIDE month theme. Birthday cakes when check in, at dinner and aslo at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. Many other wonderful things that I can’t list them all here.
We will choose to stay here again when we visit Chiang Mai again.

We had a great time in Puripunn Chiang Mai. The hotel is situated just outside the city centre on the east side of the river. From the hotel there is a courtesy shuttle to the city center or the night market. If you decide to walk, it takes about 20 minutes.
While the neighborhood is busy, the hotel is literally a hideaway and therefore very quiet. The hotel has a nice sized pool and balconies with a seating area. The room itself is medium sized but has everything for a comfortable stay. What we liked most was the peace and quiet as well as the very helpful and friendly staff. The owner even came to welcome us during breakfast. An absolute gem in Chiang Mai, and much more of a Thai experience than the generic Marriott.

I loved everything about my stay in March Hotel.
First, the staff and service. Everyone is super kind and I got a free upgrade of my room, as well as free early check-in/late checkout. They had prepared my room prior to my arrival by already switching on the air con, which is a lovely attention. I got a discount on the thai massage, and the lady who came to my room was very professionnal and skilled. I felt so relaxed after the massage!
Second, the premises. The hotel is brand new (opened dec 2024) everything is very stylish clean and modern. The room was spacious, with a lot of natural light, big shower and a very confortable king size bed. I loved the intimacy of the outdoors, with the small pool and the dining / bar area near the river. I did not try it but the gym looked well equiped.
Last, the location. The hotel is located in a quiet street close to the city center, you can find good restaurants and bars at walking distance or just get a grab. Being near the river feels so peaceful and relaxing.
