A wonderful hotel with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Bottles of water and fruit replenished each day. Breakfast is fabulous up on the terrace with freshly made egg dishes to order. The spa is great - would highly recommend getting a massage. Hammam looked very inviting too (sadly we ran out of time to use it) The relaxation area was calm, quiet and the post massage fruit/tea was great. Dinner was very good, again up on the terrace, with lots of local dishes to enjoy. Local wine list and other options too. Easy access into the medina area and also to get taxis to go exploring the wider local area.

This accommodation is an excellent option if you would like to be in the city center of Tunis (Medina) with easy access to the traditional markets (Souks). The place is very clean, well equipped, and super nice with historic design for an authentic experience. The hosts go extra miles in hospitality and are very helpful in all aspects! The house looked gorgeous and clean, gave me the feeling of being at home, and was in a very convenient spot within the Tunisian Casbah. Amal the host was very accommodating, If you prefer to organize trips to view the gorgeous green Tunisia, ask her to arrange for you to be taken by L'aarbi or Wadii those guys were awesome and very welcoming!

A beautifully restored old dar, now a charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of the Medina. Our room was both authentic and spotless, and the shared spaces were absolutely stunning. We only wish we had more time to savor our morning coffee in the peaceful patio with Marouane. The highlight of our stay was the homemade breakfast—prepared with such care and love. If you're looking for a truly authentic experience in a tranquil and unique setting, right in the center of the old Medina, we wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay in Tunis in the Dar Ben Turkia! We had an apartment with two bed rooms and two bathrooms for us and our two children, and a living room. We really liked it! It is a beautiful property, very luxurious and beautifully decorated! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The fridge was stocked with fresh fruit and milk upon our arrival. We ate breakfast on the roof top overlooking the medina. The property is located in the city, and you have to walk a few minutes to get there. Very authentic! We ate both nights in the Dar El Jeld, on the roof top, the sister hotel restaurant, because we liked the food and location so much. Also, the hotel smells really very nice! I regret not having bought their perfume. All in all a wonderful stay! I want to return there!

Dar rahma is located in Tunis, just a 3-minute walk from Medina and 500 yards from Al-Zaytuna Mosque. The air-conditioned accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Dar Lasram Museum.
