Everything is good, from the first step. Personal is very friendly and helpful: they helped us with our luggage, helped to find taxi and answered all questions. Room is not big, but comfortable and has everything you need. Very clean. Our room was quite, facing the back yard. Of course, you can hear sounds from corridor, but at night there were not any noise. Wifi works good. Location is great! There are a lot of restaurant and cafes around, you can find Turkish and Asian kitchen in them. Not far from metro.

Very authentic, spacious and very good located hotel. It is in the heart of old town. Furniture in the rooms is awesome. Bed sheets and bed are comfortable and ideally clean.

Everything about the hotel was great. All staff were super friendly and kind and willing to help me. Also, the room condition was perfectly clean and it has a heavenly bed. My kids loved the bunk bed. Also, the spa was amazing. They provided turkish baths in the most reasonable price. In Istanbul, it is impossible to get the Turkish bath in the price. One more thing. The breakfast was served with the most fresh and good ingredients during my 20 days - stay in Turkey. My family miss this hotel!

Every single thing we love because the hotel was clean, big and bed is so comfy, the balcony was so big n ther was chair n table you can sit have coffee n tea n enjoy the view from there too . The stuff of the hotel was very helpful (though they don't understand english, (the translator app works there very well). The breakfast was delicious n fresh, so much food to eat. Our 4th floor balcony room was perfect with the views, and we would love to stay there again whenever we go to ankara and highly recommend to all my friends n family. Outside of the hotel, you can see people walking around lots of food n coffee labs, cafes, and restaurants on walking distance.
