The apartment was very comfy, great location, 3 min walk to the forum Istanbul mall and the metro stop. Our apartment was on level 12 so no noises from the street. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen equipped with essentials for preparing food.

Everything was great. From our arrival we took a free upgrade switching our stabdart room to junior suite as we were with our daughter in this trip. Zineb did all the best to make our stay super comfortable. The hotel and our room was clean all facilities working properly toilet facilities also were in good standart. When i will visit again definitely will choose this hotel .

Very convenient location if you come by car and don't want to drive around the city traffic. Enough parking space. Easy access from highway. Metro station nearby with lots of connections. Everything is as described - real 4 star hotel. Clean, neat, good food, friendly personell. Mr. Ramazan and all the front desk staff were very helpful with all our additional requests. It feels like they really care about their guests.
