Amazing service.clean rooms . excellent room service. Very helpful staff. and most importantly the Owner Mr BAHRAM is truly a gentleman. he helped us through everything, from restaurant recommendations to help us book our tickets , guiding us about the neighbourhood etc . there are no words to express how amazing there services was . i will definitely recommend this place .

The positioning is excelent, room was great, I ve got an upgrade for the room. Bosforus view was so good. All facilities were great everything so clean. Personnell were such a bless from recepțion Ilker Metin was such a great guide for turist consultant Umut for inviting for the jazz nights in the basement; and dont forget the guys from the coffee bar I M so sorry I forget the names, best team, many thanks. Lovely stay indeed. 10+ for all of them. I also need to mention cleaning service was so good. Many thanks to the hotel management you are doing such a great job;
