Everyone was so nice but not pushy! We felt very welcome. The view from the 8th floor was amazing (panoramic windows). We also really liked the location (close to everything, even on foot, close to the subway, buses and ferries). Highly recommended.

The hotel is very near the trams and also the ferry station. Walking distance to Galata Tower.
The hotel staff, Umut was exceptionally good. Courteous and very helpful. We got a room upgrade and were allowed late check-out. Other hotel staff were also friendly.

The staff is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL I have never seen people so hands on in my life. The taxi driver I had booked to take me to the airport was 40mn late and traffic was getting worse by the second, they realized I wasn’t going to make it so the manager literally took me there with his own car and did not let me pay even if I begged. The staff is the only reason I made it to my flight. Book this hotel with no hesitation, the owner is the nicest, exceptional staff - great food - beautiful functional rooms and very cosy hotel.
