The positioning is excelent, room was great, I ve got an upgrade for the room. Bosforus view was so good. All facilities were great everything so clean. Personnell were such a bless from recepțion Ilker Metin was such a great guide for turist consultant Umut for inviting for the jazz nights in the basement; and dont forget the guys from the coffee bar I M so sorry I forget the names, best team, many thanks. Lovely stay indeed. 10+ for all of them. I also need to mention cleaning service was so good. Many thanks to the hotel management you are doing such a great job;

Ömer was a great host, as soon as we have arrived he was waiting for us with some coffee and tea and gave us a huge list of recommended restaurants and activities which helped with our overall stay a lot! The place is in the best location: cafes right on the doorstep and the whole armosphere is perfect. Our room was quite small but met all our needs. Thank you for everything!

The best place in Istanbul! Awesome staff, Mrs. Busra is very kind, always prepared and willing to help, and having a perfect English-speaking, and also Mr. Volkan is always very nice and ready to help, both being professionals in treating the guests in the proper manner. The hotel is new, very clean, and well maintained, and the location is close to Galata Tower and the Metro station. We liked it very much, so we will come again.
