Owners are kindle and friendly people. They care about all you needs. I arrived early morning and let me to take a breakfast, leave my luggage. Have early breakfast because of my tours. The location is perfect 1min to tram stop by walking and very close main attraction. Recomend this place a lot!

Very clean hotel in the immediate proximity of main sights in Istanbul. We were offered a bigger room than the one reserved, on the lobby floor at the back, calm and pleasant, and an extra breakfast on the day we arrived. We felt being taken good care of, with all suggestions needed to benefit from our stay. Public transport, including ferries, is fine in Istanbul and you could use it (Istambulcard) for all trips you intend to do, which will save you money and allow you to be free in what to do and when. Be aware that prices in the Grand and Egiptian bazaars could be double for the same goods you buy outside the bazaars. Eating fish in one of the restaurants on Galata bridge is a good idea, but make sure you negotiate the prices in advance. They could offer you a price much below the one on the menu, there is usually 10% service in the final price included.

The Management and Staff were so helpful, they are all angels! Mr Ali (manager) for example helped us like a big brother basically, advised on trip plus gave tram card plus held our luggage.
The location is excellent.
The roof view is better than the view from the restaurants that sell their view; you can see both mosques plus the sea.
