Absolutely everything! Was truly a home away from home! But most importantly was the support and help of the staff . mainly Mr Ilkar Fidan!! I have travelled extensively, stayed in many a hotel, Air B-n-B BUT never have I ever had an absolute angel of a hotel manager. The list is endless as to how to describe Mr Fidan's professionalism! Outstanding! Of course, the apartment was exceptional. Beautifully maintained! Superbly comfortable! Clean! Spacious! As I said, I could go on and on...

The hosts were great, extremely accommodating and very nice in general! They have this great little booklet that explains exactly which bus, train or tram to take to get to all the sights and attractions which was great as we were first time travelers to Istanbul. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was big and plentiful.

Hotel is perfectly located, nearby the subway.
I stayed at Frezya for 18 days, the atmosphere was great. İ had a single room with a view of the sea, so when i woke up i could enjoy a beautiful view from the window. The room was spacious and there was enough closets for clothes. Everything in the room was clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful, especially mrs Aynur helped me a lot. As a single women traveler it felt reliable and very safe. İ had a great time, I recommend staying at this place.

A great apartment for a comfortable stay!
The apartment is located in a convenient and quiet area. There are shops, cafes, pharmacies and public transport nearby, so getting to the center or other parts of the city is not a problem.
The apartment itself is well-maintained, bright and comfortable with a pleasant interior. It has all the necessary furniture and appliances, including a fully equipped kitchen.
Special thanks to the host for his politeness and responsiveness. He was always available to help with any issues and made my stay very comfortable.
This apartment is an ideal choice for those who value comfort, cleanliness, and a pleasant living experience. If I need to rent again in this area, I would be happy to return. I highly recommend it to others!
