This hotel is located in a quiet residential area about a ten minute walk from the main station, with a stunning view of the mountains from the front of the property (ask for a room with a balcony for the best views!). The room was huge and spotlessly clean, and although we didn't use the facilities, there was a warm and welcoming dining space downstairs.
The staff went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed, using WhatsApp and Google Translate to communicate with us both before our arrival and during check-in - although we didn't expect this, it was hugely appreciated!

The bed was comfortable.

Great place, everything was new and very clean. They had amenities at the lobby like flip-flops, toothbrush and so on and also snacks.

Exceptional place. It seems like the sun is always shining in the hostel because everyone is constantly smiling and cheerful. Una is extremely friendly and nice. Brilliant coffee at the coffee shop downstairs. Should be a role model for any hostel.

Facilities are great. Room is spacious. Location is very convenient. Literally 5 minutes walk to the bus station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I flushed toilet paper by mistake and the staff helped resolve the issue immediately.
