EVERYTHING!!! The free supper, breakfast and 24 hr ice cream and drinks. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was first class with a bidet toilet, bathtub and shower jets. I would stay at Kindness Hotel every time if I had the opportunity. Very good value for the price!

Loved this hotel so much that we added one more night. Great location (right across the street from the train station) and a 10 minute walk to Liuhe Night Market. Also one block away from many bus stations (Xiao Liu Qiu and Kenting and other destinations.) The breakfast has a good selection of meats, veggies and fruits. They also offer complimentary ice cream, tea and snacks daily. The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming! It’s definitely one of our favorite hotels on this trip for sure!

The location is nice, just next to the station. The hotel is new, clean, and eco-friendly. The staff is nice and friendly. The outside view of the room is good. Double-layer windows are good for noise-proofing, even though the hotel is next to the main road.

Room is clean, specious and bright. Receptionists are always enthusiastic and attentive. The airline theme is very interesting with decent decorations and good beddings. The room with Kaohsiung Station view is my favorite. It is truly sound-proofed, you can have a good sleep all night without hearing noises from outside. It takes 5 min walk from the train station. There are plently of food choices nearby the hotel.

The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. She guided us on how to find the parking lot. It's around 700m away like 7 mins walking distance and they have special price for that parking lot. Great location - nearby central train station in walking distance and room size is big. Everything is brand new. Probably newly renovated. Great value for money. Highly recommend for this hotel.

very convenient and the staff are very accommodating. we just had an issue about the security but i think it was just a glitch in their system, but when we called the front desk they responded so fast and monitored our safety.
