Very friendly staff will help you with anything and also they speak English. Amazing location, next to the Taipei Mall and Taipei Main Station. Everything was clean, you can easily fit your luggage next to your bed. Overall great accommodation with best location, nicest staff and great value for cheap price.

Staff was very helpful and communication via LINE was great. Anything was answered quickly. The rooms are big, modern and with lots of free pluses. The location is great, with direct access into a mall with food court and grocery store. You can also access the météo system directly via underground mals.

The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was of acceptable speed. The place was about 10 min walk away from the nearest MRT station and about 20 min walk away from Taipei Station. There is also a very nice local noodle shop near by.

The manager Liao was extremely kind and lovely with me. He came to the hostel to show me how I could go inside cause I was struggling with the door, later he offer me some food if I want and invite me me to join a meal in the evening. I was the only guest this night so Liao made a diner in the livinroom with his friends and invite me to join with them and drink some beer. the experience was incredible and all of them was so enchanting and try to recomend me the best places of Taiwan to visit. Thanks a lot, I will come back for sure!

Very well thought through, dorms are comfortable with enough storage space near the bed. Solid bed frame - no creaking, no wobbling of the whole bed when the person in the upstairs bunk bed climbs up. Lovely social area upstairs, no parties. Great for grownup backpackers who value peace and quiet but also room for connection if desired. Staff goes out of their way to help. Washing machines are new, clean and silent. I travel often and rarely come across hostels as convenient as this one. Absolute gem
