the washing machine/dryer in the room came in pretty handy. room was spacious, with attention to detail. staff incredibly nice and helpful. location was rather convenient in terms of MRT and nearby activities and services. also, didn't feel too touristy.

The rooms are clean and just right in size. The location is also great. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Ninshi night market. Although no breakfast is included in the package, there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel where you can get meals. The free flowing snacks also added great value to the price. Special thanks to the staff for helping us arrange transportation for the tour and to the airport. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I get a chance to go back to Taipei.

It was near the train station (though closer to the TRA/HSR side than the metro — the station is HUGE and you have to walk through the underpass at the mall to avoid stairs) The staff are very kind and helpful! We were able to store our luggage there for 3 days before returning to Taipei Free washer and dryer + detergent
