It was so impressive the moment you arrived at the lobby, where you can find a beautiful designed front desk, with a little coffee shop, souvenir corner and bookstore. Staff were all so efficient and nice, like all the Taiwanese, and their key card leather holder with a Tainan guide book may be one of the best ideas I have ever seen in a hostel/hotel.
I stayed in the female dormitory for 1 night. The bathroom is clean and quipped with enough showers and amenities you need. The bed is comfy and the dormitory space is so spacious!
My friend and I spent a lot of time having our late night snacks in the common area, which is also nicely designed and cozy to stay at. Their breakfast at the restaurant is also very good!
P.S. I love their uniform so much! So special and trendy :)

Very friendly and modern hostel with a cozy, homely vibe to it. The common area and kitchen are quite spacious, great to hang out and meet new people. At checkin you get a map of local attractions, restaurants and night markets. One of the best places I've stayed in Taiwan. Would recommend to anyone.

It's really a great hostel!!! Location is good, the staff is very nice & helpful. And it's very clean especially the washroom, the owner & staff come to clean the washroom to ensure it's "dry" enough from time to time even in the evening, and the sound from hair dryer is small which won't disturb too much when you are sleeping. They all are so considerate thoughtful!!! I will be back definitely.

Very nice place to stay with lovely staff. We had a massive room and there was a washing machine in the King Suite that was quite useful to do laundry, however a clothesline to hang clothes would have been appreciated. The room is very clean and comfortable.
There is a luggage storage facility which is great and easy to use. We had an issue with the room key not working at the entrance and they were very responsive on Line. There’s a little plastic door on the card reader and you’re supposed to open it even though sometimes it works fine without opening it.
The wifi is very good, we were working remotely and had video calls and had no connection issues.
Highly recommend Chapter 127 for anyone who needs a place to stay in Tainan.

I love interacting with the staff, they are all very friendly and often go the extra mile to ensure your stay is well taken care of. They have answered my every query as best they can, even when they were occupied. The hostel provides towels, which is not often the case in other hostels. They also have female sanitary products, ear plugs, and toothpaste for free. Breakfast includes 3 mini croissants and chocolate spread, with hot chocolate drink. 101% will stay if I return, and will recommend fellow backpacker friends to stay here too.
