The staffs there provided an excellent service for pick-up. They pick-up us from Ita Thao to their hotel. They even bring us to the Formosa Culture village when the cable car was out of service due windy condition. They also provided some advice on how to plan some visits. The staff also has exclusive discount for boat ride, bicycle rent and Formosa Culture village tickets. Can also play with their friendly dogs.

very homely vibes - the staff were very friendly & helpful in giving us information about sun moon lake in general! rooms were clean and spacious. breakfast was also well prepared, and a good amount to fill us up (and even offered us more if we wanted)
