Friendly and supportive staff. Perfect clean room with large bathroom and great lake view. Localized at the main street, very close to the pier, walking distance from cable car. In other words, perfect spot for a few days trip to SML. Plus, daily shuttle to Taizhong HSR station

Location was amazing, literally at the ita thao shopping district. Facilities were modern and very clean, staff was super helpful! The capsules were spacious enough that we can storage our bags. Absolutely recommend for a good hostel.

The accommodation is in a quiet location. The room is large and everything is super clean. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over the lake and you can enjoy the same view from the huge bathtub. In the room there is a fridge, kettle and some snacks and drinks. A perfect venue to be near the pier and soak in all the tourist sites, 2 mins walk to the Ita Thao Pier and food street. The service staff were fantastic, especially Hank who was superb in making us comfortable and well settled, highly recommend especially for travellers with family to take the biggest room on level 8, extremely spacious and comfortable.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful family-owned B&B and close to the bus stop and the lake. The owners are exceptional: they proactively helped us book a bus to Alishan, gave us directions on where to rent bikes and what to visit and were always welcoming us with a smile and a chat. The room is spacious, completely new and has a partial view of the lake. A plus is that they have a beautiful corgi and their cat is also an active member of the staff, approving everyone that passes by 😄. The B&B provides snacks for their guests that are refilled daily, and there is a microwave and a washing machine/dryer that can be used by the guests. I 1000% recommend this establishment for your stay in Sun Moon Lake
