While I can't remember everyone's name, Mark is one that stands out - so helpful our first day. Checked our bags so we could sightsee until check in. Every staff Member was so kind, friendly and helpful. And they assisted us with the different and wonderful beverage machines in the lobby. 14/10 would recommend and visit again. I'll think I'll come with my husband next time!

The staff was great in particular Darin R Mike. He helped us out with some great recommendations for the baseball game (where to buy tickets, where to go before the game, etc.), dining, and so forth. All in all very happy with my stay at the hotel!

Nice and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us to find the bus lines and they kept our luggage for the rest of the day after we checked out. Then is John. He is absolutely the best there. He was smiling everytime helping every time even without asking him. John is the best at AKA Back Bay.
