Was so pleasantly surprised by this place. Loved the breakfast setup they had and the fact that it was all day. Every single staff member I talked to was so ridiculously nice, they even let us pick which floor we wanted to stay on. Room was nicer than I expected and the bed/pillows were so comfy. The location is also excellent with everything you need a short walk away.

ALmost everything went well - polite and helpful staff, comfortable room, nice view of city form window, fitness equipment a bonus as was the free "water+lemon+ginger" in the lounge. Easy access to other parts of Brooklyn, to Manhattan and to La Guardia airport. Nice cafes near by. Highly recommended.

The fitness area and the swimming pool are top. The great place of the hotel is a plus. You can take the line A express by the air train it is the fast and better way to go to the hotel. The employees are king and very helpful.
